The sword shown is also a demonstration of our craftsmanship. We can create any sword with any type of decoration or etching. All etchings are hand-painted. When an order is placed, we work closely with the customer to discuss all details thoroughly to ensure their vision is fully realized.

However, it bears its own distinctive features and may differ from the photograph to a minimal extent. The dimensions are maintained with a tolerance of 2%.

Custom Order Process – Order
- On our website, in the appropriate category, click on “Order” next to the product and fill in the required information.
- Once your order is submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
- We will then contact you to clarify the details of your custom order. You will be informed about the production start date and when to expect an email requesting final confirmation.
- When you receive the confirmation request, please reply. We will then send you the final price including shipping (calculated based on the address you provide) along with payment instructions.
- After receiving your payment, we will begin production. This typically takes 1–2 weeks.
- As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a tracking number.
- Once the order is delivered, please send us a quick confirmation email to let us know it arrived safely.
Warranty
- We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with Czech law. The warranty does not cover intentional damage to the product.
- In case of damage, please take photos or a video and describe how the damage occurred.
- We will process your complaint within 30 days from the date we receive your report.
